“The BEST gym and recovery centre I’ve ever been to! I’ve been training here for months and have seen a huge improvement in my overall health and fitness. The kdpt are amazing — knowledgeable, positive and motivating. The atmosphere is welcoming, uplifting and feels like being part of a community, not just a gym. The programs help you easily track progress, the facilities are always clean and in perfect condition, and the people who train here are super friendly. I was so eager to feel stronger, physically & mentally and came across Kylie’s business page. I am so thankful I did. I reached out to Kylie and she promptly responded and started guiding & supporting me from that day onwards. The program I did, not only taught me that I have will power, but most importantly, I had the full support on how to be looking after my body and what works. I realised how wrong I hade it all, and understand why nothing I was doing was working. I can’t thank Kylie and her team for all the support that has helped me in more ways than one. I had the pleasure of training at Kylie's Gym for a 12-week personal weight training program, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. After struggling with back pain post-pregnancy, I was looking for a program that would help me regain strength while being mindful of my recovery. Kylie is absolutely wonderful—her expertise and care in designing a plan tailored to my needs made all the difference. Brayden, my personal trainer, was incredibly supportive and motivating throughout the entire process. With their guidance, my back pain completely disappeared, and my overall strength improved drastically. I feel stronger, more confident, and capable than ever before. Though I’m unable to continue at the moment due to personal reasons, I’m truly thankful for all the progress I made with them.
