How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I've previously spent 25 years in IT and decided that I need a sea change and more time to spend with the family. I've always loved gardening right from when I was a teenager. It has been a good choice. I can apply my high standards developed in IT to my gardening work .. and the results speak for themselves.

Ray and Di had little time to keep up with their garden, especially after some sustained rain which made their garden explode into life. They call us in to tidy it up. We spent a good six hours getting the lawns and some garden areas in ship shape.  Ray was so astounded that he gave us a bonus. He said that when he cuts the lawns they never look that good.

I love transforming a mediocre lawn or garden into something the neighbours will be jealous of. I love getting great feedback from my clients as a  result.Doing a quality job is important to me which reflects in my results and customer satisfaction.

I am reliable because I schedule all of my jobs using an online tool that I can access from my smartphone. This ensures that I don't miss a regular visit or one off job. I am trustworthy because I care. I'd rather spend an extra 10 to 15 minutes doing the job properly than rushing off and leaving the job incomplete.

* Size of the lawn/garden. * Description of the work that needs to be carried out * A look at the location or some photos. * The address so that I can use Google Maps to check it out if I can't get to the job.

* Pick up dog poo. * Clear any obstacles that might be in the work area, but don't stain yourself doing it. * Have a think about what it is you need doing or do a little research yourself. We are happy to advise but time is money.

I have no formal training but I do have many years of passionate interested in gardening. I have read many books and I watch all of the gardening shows that I can. My offsider is currently completing his certificate 3 in Horticulture.
