Neil provided me with a competitive quote in a timely manner that was within my stated budget, he went above and beyond to ensure that my project did not go over budget. While the project was under way Neil was in constant communication and always let me know what was happening and when. The project was completed on time with no delays or hidden costs.   We are fully insured, and all of our work is guaranteed. Our shower repair guarantees are determined upon inspection and are included in the quote. Our tiling jobs are guaranteed for 3 years against cracking or lifting/drumminess of the tiles. And our bathroom renovations are guaranteed to be leak free for 7 years.

• What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

  We pride ourselves on not being the typical "tradie" business. You know, the ones where they never answer the phone, then if they do answer and agree to do a quote, they never turn up on time, if at all. And then if you do manage to get someone around and give them the job, they're late for the job everyday, the job takes way longer than they told you, and when all is said and done, they leave a big mess everywhere. That's just not our style. We might be tradies, but we run a tight ship. We answer the phone, we turn up on time, and we leave your house cleaner than we found it. For us, it's the only way to go.
