It is best practice to have an exact scope of works for a project along with drawings. If this is not possible, we are able to arrange drawings and scope of works for you.

A customer is encouraged to discuss their project with us in detail where we can provide cost saving options free of charge. Another helpful tip would be to engage a quantity surveyor before starting your project to determine what your project should be worth. We are able to help you with this.

Our pricing is competitive as we have experienced and qualified quantity surveyors on board who estimate our fees accurately. This allows us to eliminate the practice of overpricing as our uncertainty is lower than other contractors. We also have a policy of growth which means we have set margins.

We usually charge lump sum amounts per projects but are open to working on hourly or daily rates. Our rates are very competitive and reasonable.
