We have insurance with CGU. We guarantee our work in accordance with company policy and other legal legislations. We always discuss this with the customer and ensure we have every thing in place.

After many years in Hospitality and Sales I went on to be a Youth Social Worker. After some time I decided to have a break and during this time I decided to work from home and here we are, now owning', EcoCleaning and Outdoor Services.

Most of our customers generally ask about receiving their bond back. Eco respond by offering them an information pack for free. This pack contains information relevant to rental properties, Rental Bond Board and dispute resolutions. Customers welcome this greatly.

Working in this industry means a good trust base with clients. I have many repeat customers and can provide references upon request. My reliability is 100% and if for some reason I am unable to meet an obligation I always call ahead of time and ensure solutions are put in place to assist my clients to get the job done.

Bond Cleaning- Size of house, carpets, curtains/blinds, bathrooms, external work, pest control. All these factors determine the final quote. We need to view the property.

1. Consider the jobs you can do, for example maybe with a bond clean you could do lights/fans and air cons and skirting boards. 2. Cleaning externally such as windows and screens can save you up to $150.00 3. Always get at least 3 quotes and ensure your contractor can show you their Business Registration and Liability Insurance Certificate.

At Eco we review our prices every two months by bench marking with other contractors and cleaning companies within the local area. We then aim to be competitive and offer good discounts on packages. By doing this we are able to make our services more affordable to the consumer.

Depending on what you need. Bond cleans for units start around $255.00 and Houses Start from $340.00. Most other cleaning services are tailored to suit the needs of the individual customer.

We specialise in all areas of cleaning, Body Corporate, Bond Cleaning and Commercial Cleaning. Many different packages available for different needs. We also offer Carpet Extraction cleaning and when combined with our other services is greatly discounted.

As the proprietor I have 15 years industry experience working as a head House Keeper in hospitality, so I know what is expected. I also spent 3.5 years in Real estate in Property Management and Sales. This gives me an understanding of what Agents are looking at, gives you peace of mind.
