  We engaged this builder and paid $36,870 (including materials, toilet, and GST). Unfortunately, the outcome has been highly disappointing. An independent building inspector has assessed the completed work and identified multiple major defects, concluding that the entire construction needs to be demolished and redone. The defects identified were not minor or cosmetic — they were structural and significant enough to compromise the safety and compliance of the build. This outcome has caused considerable financial and emotional stress. We are sharing this experience to help others make informed decisions. We strongly recommend that prospective clients seek independent inspections during each stage of construction and ensure detailed documentation of all work completed.

  Avoid at all costs – poor quality, overpriced, and unfinished work I had a terrible experience with this bathroom renovator. I was quoted an outrageous $65k for a small bathroom, and I wasn’t even given the opportunity to choose the finishes. The items he installed were sourced from cheap suppliers, many were faulty, yet I was charged a premium for them. The quality of the work is shocking. The cold water doesn’t work, the taps are covered in glue and installed crooked — they look like they’ll fall off any minute. Doors and vanities have deep scratches both inside and out. The tiles on the floor and walls were left without grout. The overall finish is messy and clearly rushed. To make things worse, he left the job incomplete and has not responded to follow-ups. I deeply regret hiring him and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value quality, transparency, and professionalism.

  Thankyou Frank for doing such a wonderful job on two bathrooms in my home. All material was the top quality. As far as the workmanship goes all tradesmen did the highest standard job as possible.
