  I was in need of a very last minute job for some garden maintenance for the end of a lease and Joshua helped us out. All communication with Josh was very professional and even after hours to assist us. As we couldn't be at the job he sent us some photographs to ensure we were satisfied with the result and it absolutely met our expectations. Thank you so much.   BEWARE - Small Paving Job We hired this company to do a small paving job that consisted of a path 5.6m long by 80cm wide. 2 x 40cm pavers side by side. Also to replace 6 old pavers with new ones the same size & create a step also with 6 x 40cm pavers. The main path is uneven, out of alignment and dips in the middle. Joshua was also meant to put up a pre-made wooden border at the edge of our path, he was meant to sink this into the ground 10cm. He did not sink it into the ground & just used the wooden pegs we supplied to hold it in place, the border is also uneven & dips in the middle. The 6 pavers that were replaced were laid with about half an inch drop from our concrete patio, the original pavers were flush. The step that was created was also uneven with a paver sticking up from the rest. My husband called Joshua & told him he was unhappy with the quality of the job. Joshua seemed genuinely concerned & said he would come & rectify the path. Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying for the job in full as my husband believed Joshua would honour his agreement to rectify the paving. For the last 3 weeks in a row Joshua has made arrangements to come and fix the paving & despite being told it was a trip hazard and being supplied photos, he keeps making excuses and not turning up. Wednesday this week we made an arrangement for Joshua to return Sat (just gone) then Friday he texts my husband and changes it to Sunday (today). When Joshua was late today my husband text him to see what time he was arriving. Joshua never showed up or advised us he wouldn't be coming and did not reply to my husbands text either. We have not heard from him. All we were asking Joshua to remedy was the path, my husband has already relaid the 6 pavers and made them flush with the patio again, as it was an unacceptable trip hazard. If you want a good paving job done I recommend you steer clear of this company.

  Dear customers thank you for the feed back. As mentioned in the previous conversation, the job was completed as per quote and industry standard. Customer was well informed prior to the start of the job that the edging material that the customer supplied may not be strong enough to hold the pavers. They were still happy for us to proceed. Unfortunately the pavers did move after the completion of the job and I was happy to go back to lift and relay pavers and do the edging using concrete though that would be additional work and charged accordingly. Unfortunately customer in the end didn’t want to pay extra expected just to be done I can’t make everyone happy in this situation. First and only bad review in ten years of operation on here and only one of a handful out of thousands of clients .
