Filisi and his team were excellent. They cut the tree down in a small space safely and neatly (courtyard 3x4m, surrounded by other units + access to courtyard through the dwelling). There was a bit of back and forth about meeting out on site, with a no-show on the first day and the price went up when they arrived, but Filisi did explain that he regretted quoting over the phone (he did so reluctantly in the first place). On the whole, it was a positive experience dealing with ETS.
