There is a report I can send with photos in pdf Comments The tree is comprised of three stems from 0.6m above ground level; the central leader is dominant and supports the majority of the crown. The tree has been regularly pruned away from the overhead LV powerlines, resulting in a heavily lopsided form weighted to the east. Uplift in the concrete footpath and paver driveway is evident near the base of the tree and directly associated with root activity. Excavation works for installation of an underground NBN service were underway during the site visit; a trench had been senstively dug parallel to the footpath within the TPZ to a depth of ~400mm and no major woody roots were observed. Foliage appears vigorous and dense. The tree has responded vigorously to historical pruning. Targets under the dripline of the tree include the paver driveway, Council footpath and over-head services. In the event of wind-throw or allowing for wind-drift, the tree has the potential to strike the subject site dwelling or client site garage. According to the QTRA calculator, the tree currently presents with a tolerable risk rating, where the risk should be controlled where a significant benefit might be achieved at reasonable cost.
