Location: Beaumaris, VICJob Description: Bayside Council wouldn't give me a permit to remove a Banksia tree in February 2023, in preparation for a new house build. However, the tree has now grown rapidly in the last three years and currently, is almost leaning (approximately 50 cm) against the wall of the garage. It also appears that the trunk and the roots are expanding and thickening out and would become a structural problem before too long.
