Location: Landsdale, WAJob Description: (1) Looking for a qualified trade to lay waterproof tiling in hallway area next to bathroom and laundry. Majority of carpet removed in area. (2) Carpet removal (salvageable) in adjacent area for hallway will also be required (if we can't do this ourselves). (3) There is small areas of the carpet missing in bedroom that may need to be patched (new carpet or reusing salvageable carpet from hallway). Note: Carpet was removed to due to remedial work from water damage, so some areas in affected bedrooms may require patching and not all carpet was removed as still in good condition. Location 6065.
