Navid was very neat and had a lot of attention to detail. He made good suggestions and there was very little wastage, so I will be returning the unused tiles. I had an issue with the tiling company delivering the wrong tiles and this wasted his day and products but he was very understanding about this and didn’t charge me for his time. I found him very trustworthy and was able to leave the home open for him and ask him to pull the door shut when he left.
