Tile cutting for the new waste drains (2 in bathroom, 1 in laundry). Behind the tiling near the toilet is an access panel. (This has to remain accessible) and may contain asbestos (There is an asbestos suit and register I can send you) The body corporate has requested a photo to be taken of the waterproofed area prior to tiling working to ensure it is fitted correctly. Total tiling is 24 square metres. (Laundry is floor and skirting only) Mitred corners and silicone to bathroom area.
