Job Description: The house has been a rental from new 15 years ago. Now taking pioratinf for some time. We are taking possession of the house on the 29th May, the tenants vacate on the 27th. I know the grout has been deteriorating gradually and would like the job done before we move in if possible. I could not say how many sqm need doing I was told it was the main traffic areas. Cement grey was used and I believe it is still available. Iassume only sections not complete house need doing. I had thought of doing job myself but I would probably take a lot longer than professional and once moved in it would be more difficult. Property managed by century 21 and can arrange an inspection through them as I don't have detailed photos and haven't personally seen the damage to be able to relay size of job. Please reply and we can discuss any questions and how to progress.
