Location: Lawnton, QLDJob Description: The tiled shower base in the bathroom has been poorly constructed and leaks. Shower water was seen to be penetrating the base of the bathroom/hallway partition wall. The shower base has not been sloped to the waste outlet and a considerable amount of water ponds in the shower which can create a slippery and unsafe surface. The bathroom shower needs to be replaced. The vanity cabinet has been affected by moisture and needs replacing. The laundry tub cabinet is corroded and needs replacing. b) The floor tiles in the kitchen and dining area are loose and cracked and need to be replaced. Moisture has been penetrating the base of the wall and entering the kitchen from the leaking shower and has damaged the base of the kitchen cupboards and the skirting board at the base of the wall.Service needed: Tiling installation | Type of tiles: I'm not sure | Areas to be tiled: Bathroom | Number of rooms: 2 | Tiles supplied: No | Size of job: 10 to 30 sqm | When: 02/10/2023
