Location: Beaudesert, QLDJob Description: Following a new property purchase the following was identified during build inspection Tile grouting to the balcony floor has deteriorated/cracked in parts and requires rectification to prevent water ingress entering areas below tiled surfaces. Shower floor waste outlets have dropped below surface of floor tiles. This can allow water to seep into areas below tiles. Tile grouting to the ensuite shower has minor calcium buildup/efflorescence in sections.
