After some flooring disasters with a major flooring business, we decided to have our home tiled - kitchen, 2 living areas, entrance including porch and hallway. I contacted MANY tilers. One told us to buy 1200 x 600 tiles costing over $5000 and told us we were booked in. Days before starting, he sent a text and cancelled. I called many tilers again. The quotes ranged from thousands to tens of thousands. I was so confused and everyone was telling me different things. By some miracle, I came across Alan Tiling after searching ‘tilers’ in Google maps. I was pleased to see over 100 positive reviews. I was even more pleased when Alan answered my cry for help when I texted him the information about our job. He calmly explained to me how he could help and how much experience he had. Soon after, Alan’s brother Harry came around to assess the job. From the moment he arrived, I knew this was the right team to fix our home. Instead of telling me all the problems with the floor, Harry reassured me that for him, this would be easy and he and Alan would do the best job for us. We were on a time crunch, but for Alan and Harry, we knew the wait of a couple of weeks was going to be worth it. Once they started, they were here every day, early, prepared and worked non-stop until late. They even worked a full Saturday to help us finish our home in time for an overseas guest. Alan and Harry were happy and proud of the work they completed. And we are amazed at how great our home looks!! I will never choose another tiler over Alan Tiling.
