I found James after having a botched tile Job done by someone else in my kitchen. James was accommodating and understood what I wanted to achieve. He was a great communicator and a great personality! Excellent work and even better price! I completely forgot to tell him I wanted a specific colour trim that he didn’t have in his van when he arrived. James drove all the way back to his supplier to get what I wanted, no questions asked. It put him 2 hours behind scheduled, but he still finished early!
