I have provided measurement to best of my knowledge, but please feel free to verify it in person. Total area to be covered for tiling : 96 m2 (excluding skirting) + 20% wastage = 120 m2 ( including wastage and excluding skirting) Please see image description: 14 Stairs - Approx 6 m2 - Please try to provide fix rate for stairs.
