To our good fortune, the first (and as it turned out, only) quote we asked for (and accepted) was from ‘Dean Ouwehand’ of Yarra Valley Roof Restorations. The key reasons we decided to accept Dean's quote was that he came across to us as friendly, highly knowledgeable, trust-worthy and professional. In presenting himself and the work executed by his company, Dean took us through all of the stages he would go through in restoring our roof. No high pressure selling, just plain language and photo-examples of different roof restorations he had completed. In preparing the roof, he identified to us that the guttering was also in poor condition and recommended that we attend to this as soon as possible. Being personally ‘time poor‘, Dean arranged for the guttering to be sub-contracted. Even so, as professional as these tradies were, Dean still did his own inspection of the works to ensure that the job was done to ‘his personal‘ high standards. It should be pretty obvious that we are exceptionally pleased with the work we contracted to ‘Dean Ouwehand’ of Yarra Valley Roof Restorations; an outstanding result.
