Paul Rose was easy to contact by phone and email, and he was friendly, helpful and professional. My furniture arrived undamaged, for which I was grateful. The flat rate fee of $178 was all I paid and there were no nasty "extra" surprises. They were late by over an hour and when I rang to check, Paul said he'd changed the times. I wasn't informed of these changes. Paul said he'd rung me but I don't have a log of having missed his call. I think when changes were made to the agreed times, Paul should have made more of an effort to contact me . He could have texted or emailed me, as he knew of the changes a couple of days before the job due date. Other than that, they did a good job and I am prepared to hire them again in the future.
