  I cannot warn against this company more highly ⚠️ They broke, dented and lost so many things of ours. They charged a fortune and the move took forever - 4 days. The staff aren't trained and jobs are overbooked, so they're rushed and tired. We ultimately had to finish the move ourselves because our house was settling. I've emailed Jack many times to ask if he could make an insurance claim for the furniture items his employees broke, but he's never replied. Jack's offsider, Tom, told me he's received my calls and emails but I've never heard back. Below photos. A example of some of the issues. They've possibly dropped my marble and oak bedside table as the marble top is missing and the oak is dented.

  Excellent company to deal with great communication. To move went smoothly without any hassles at all. The guys were very professional and careful throughout the entire move. Would highly recommended these guys to move you too. :)

  The boys who helped with my move were very nice and nothing was damaged.. BUT they quoted me for 4hrs upfront and their boss TOM asked me to pay the invoice before they started.. he confirmed that they’d refund me for unused time or charge me extra if it went overtime at the end. It’s now been 2 weeks and I haven’t been refunded for my 1.5hrs that were un-used. I sent them plenty of evidence, texts, emails etc and they are now screening my calls and completely unreachable. Highly unprofessional and unresponsive. I’ve taken the matter to Office of Fair Trading. Usually I would just let go of the $200, but I just bought my place and every dollar counts right now! Would NOT recommend!!!! (Unless you use the full time I guess)
