She was polite on the phone and provided follow up calls to ensure my expectations were aligned and we agreed on a price of $175 which I thought was competitive and great value. On the day she came slightly late because of bad morning traffic but she managed to get the place cleaned to the level where the buyers and real estate agents were happy and very satisfied.
