06 Jan 2024Location: Prahran, VICJob Description: I would like to: 1. Put timber flooring throughout the apartment (except in the kitchen and bathroom areas) 2. Refresh the kitchen (new bench top, cabinets, stovetop and oven) including new tiles in the kitchen 3. Put a second bathroom by erecting a wall where the shower opening is at the moment (see attachment), knocking the wall separating dining area with the bathroom to make that an opening to the existing shower, and add toilet and vanity, including erecting new wall to separate this planned 2nd bathroom from the dining area). Replace the existing shower with new tiles, fittings and screen 3. Replace fittings, vanity, toilet and tiles in the original bathroom. Replace bath with just shower 4. Replace wardrobes in the bedrooms with wooden wardrobe doors 5. Make the materials for the cupboards in the kitchen and bedroom wardrobe the same. 6. Repaint the whole apartment with white color including doors 7. Erect a few glass partitions in the balconies (optional for now) - see length of main balcony (~5.3 meters, max 80 centimeters in height. Internal apartment size is 89sqm (photos with red markings are to describe what I'd like to be done for the second bathroom).
