Location: Malvern East, VICJob Description: I need to make our floor plan more functional with 3 good sized bedrooms. We need a new main bathroom, a seperate powder room, increased linen storage and a laundry. I have some ideas but really need someone to advise regarding whats possible plumbing and functionality wise. In addition to this we need our internal lining of our back deck fixed. I was thinking of closing off access to the spare room (noted as study) off the living room and making this a bedroom and converting the current laundry a hallway with linen cupboards which leads down to a new bedroom. Hence why the laundry and bathroom in theory will move - see rough sketch - bathroom/laundry only. Refer to floor plan for Landry and study. The lining of the deck is approximately 5x10m and it needs to be replaced with something that water proof that wont bow.
