Requested a bond clean for a 3 bedroom house, and added on carpet cleaning, wall washing, cleaning of venetian blinds, internal and external pest control. For the size of the job, the cleaner did well, but they also missed cleaning some spots that were on their checklist e.g. a dirty window track, a couple of blinds which were still dusty, residue/marks on the wall and residue on cupboard doors. They do promise to send a cleaner out to fix these issues within 48 hours if the real estate finds these faults, however we chose not to utilise this due to time and location constraints.
