  Everyone from the team was very very lovely, and the booking/invoicing/paying process was super easy. However, I don’t feel like any extra effort was put into the job that what was required to get it to a passable standard, meaning I had to fix up a few spots after they had left. There were a few points that took away from the professionalism of the job; I’m a huge fan of kids but I don’t think it’s appropriate to bring a toddler to a cleaning job. A lot of time was taken stopping him from hurting himself and getting into cleaning products. He caused areas having to be cleaned multiple times by dropping food around the place and putting dirty hands on windows etc. I had already pre-cleaned some areas to make the job easier, including my oven and outdoor area. The team had cigarettes outside and left ash on the ground, after which I had to clean up myself. Didn’t complete jobs that I mentioned I was specifically worried about, including a mop of my outdoor tiles and cleaning the inside of the oven door. I was more than happy to stay and help clean, but did not expect to pay for a full bond clean and have areas left at the end for me to do in my own time. I specifically had to ask for the step ladder to be used to clean the windows as the top section of the window was being missed. Removed all of their cleaning products and took them back to their car while there was still areas that hadn’t been cleaned. I had to request that one of my cleaning products be returned multiple times. Did not seem to be open to any constructive criticism and so this is why I didn’t not feel comfortable bringing this up while the job was still being conducted. I wasn’t given any opportunity to check through before they cleaned the carpets and mopped, therefore not enabling me to go through the house to check the job. I then had to spend approx 1hr re-cleaning some areas after the team had left. I was disappointed at the service provided versus the price I paid, being competitive with other quotes I received for the property. I would rather have a discussion with the company about the service rather than leave a negative review online but lil miss have not replied to my email.

  Ok firstly I take my 1 year old to every job and have got almost a year now. His still breastfed. No one else has had a problem with this. As for cleaning up after him, me and my team done that. As for his hands on the glass doors that’d fine as they weren’t cleaned 3 years prior is what you told me. Then we cleaned them. We went back over the kitchen after you said you cleaned it. Yes you asked for wipes which we then did go back to car to get for you. We didn’t miss anything actually you told us not to do the tiles on balcony as you’ll do them. As for the cigarette yes we stopped for a smoke, but we had ashtray with us. We also vacuumed there before we left. You were given the go ahead to check everything and you said you were happy with it. But in saying that why check over professional work when you told us you had no idea how to clean, clearly the state of the bathrooms. But then started going over out work which was done then you messed up in the end. I have photos of absolutely everything before and after. You were nice as pie to our faces but now want to bad review. You expected it to be cheaper cause you were “helping”. Mind you you just stated don’t want to leave a bad review yet you have anyways , little confused 🫤
