Job Description: 1. Replace all decking boards on two levels back deck plus step. Repair existing frame on lower deck if required 2.Replace side deck completely including new frame and posts and steps 3. Replace all front steps and create a solid step (backing), increase size of landing and lower steps. Install handrails on lower steps and landing to match existing handrails. 4. Replace verandah decking boards to match. All work must comply to standard. Merbau boards 140mm X 19mm
