Location: Ipswich, QLDJob Description: Warning showed upon opening that read after charging along the lines of "A 0W AC power adapter is not accepted and the system may not boot. - Please use a 45 W AC power adapter." even though plugged in with 45W AC charger, it was able to reach full charge despite this warning. Upon running a diagnostic check it said that the battery may be nearing the end of its life span and may need replacing, also said it could not confirm the charger details. No noticeable battery swelling through the case, am yet to open to confirm if there is absolutely no swelling. Has seen heavy use for ~3.5 years. Warning screen has only appeared once, not sure if this is a one off occurrence, thought it best to get a quote first and a replacement if situation does not improve. Location: Ipswich, QLDJob Description: The computer had an error saying "The internal Power Surge protector has been tripped." So I pulled it apart and did a clean, but when I put everything back together, it's not turning on. I've removed all the harddrives, and the computer still isn't booting to a BIOS screen. An error light on the motherboard saying "Boot Drive" is turning on. And it keeps turning on if I attach an SSD drive to the motherboard, or plug in a regular hard drive.
