David arrived on time and did not waste time with small talk. I told him of the issues i was having, when he checked he immediately found of problems happening in the background, he explained what was happening and advised of a solution to clear these issues so as the computer would work a lot quicker. Once this was done he saw there were problems with apps that i had previously downloaded to try and fix the problems i had with Outlook and gmail. David was able to sort this issue out also and save everything into one area. At no time did David try to hide what he was doing, explaining in layman terms what he did. The laptop is now working like a new unit. I have no hesitation in using him again and would recommend him to anyone with computer issues as his costs are also very reasonable.
