Bruno responded within an hour and we spoke on the phone to come to an agreement so that he didn't have to do an onsite inspection. Bruno went out of his way (going to two different suppliers) to source the materials after my supplier fell through. Bruno came on the Wednesday and returned on Thursday to complete the work.
