After engaging with many builders over the years, can honestly say that Foresight Constructions are head and shoulders above all builders i have personally used. The Builder Mr De Marcelis trats every job as if it is his own premises. His customer service is impecable. The response time to any queries is no more than 24 hrs and his professional traits are of the highest of standards that i have seen. Foresight Constructions should be at the top of all renovators and new home owners looking for a builder who actually cares about his reputation. In summation, all those looking for competent builders remember one very important factor, you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap build you will get one with all the problems that come with cheap builders. Pay a little extra at the beginning and you will actually save yourself money in the long run. Foresight Constructions for my money is the best builder in the Sydney metropolitan. I have contacted Akasska Constructions for a quotation for a bathroom renovation. The management staff was very responsive and had the builder come on site the same week and provide the quote the next day. Costing is very accurate and they will be starting works early next year.

Dewen just helped us upgrade our bathroom at Kellyville in 2021, they delivered us a cost-efficient service, and the building process was exceptional!!! We have had another previous renovation project, and this was way better than our previous experience for the following reasons: the project was well managed and completed within the projected time frame; Dewen and his entire team really paid attention to detail and made several good suggestions on items that we did not consider. We are very pleased with this project and will seek Dewen's help in the future if additional works need to be done. I would highly recommend Sisudox for anyone considering renovating or building a new home.
