Sydney Construct did major repairs on my rental property following significant water damage. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely re-done as were all the floor coverings. They managed all aspects of the strip out, selection, fit out and finishing. I found the whole experience to be excellent and hassle free. Bishoy provided excellent suggestions for all the replacement items, on-trend fit-out and great pricing. The job finished on time and to the agreed budget. One year later we had an item fail while under warranty and this was rectified quickly by Sydney Construct. I highly recommend them as a company and I would use them again without hesitation.

Job Description: I would like to get a quote to build an outdoor roof to cover a patio space. The space is dark in winter so needs to be transparent. There was previously an awning over the door and paving that has been moved to the other side of the house (see photos). I've also uploaded a photo of the type of thing we are after with glass panels instead of fluted sheets. We do not want this space enclosed as in the example photo. The example photo was previously an open outdoor covering that has now been enclosed with glass walls as part of the house. We are after a similar style for covering the back door.
