Job Description: Measurements are approximate based on design image as this is for a tenanted investment property. The old bathroom needs to be replaced. Water has gone through the tiled wall of the shower leading to mould in the wall cavity. Mould needs to be removed and wall replaced with water-proofing and new bathroom. Don't think it needs a bath. Looking for a cost-effective, quick, waterproofed repair and replacement. As it's an investment property, it doesn't need to be fancy but would like quality work that looks nice and doesn't require fixing post installation. Thanks very much.
