Location: Mount Druitt, NSWJob Description: I'm in Sydney and bought an apartment at Mount Druitt (1 hour from the Sydney cbd) which is still in settlement stage (settlement Oct 9). After settlement, I'm thinking of renovating the laundry room first before I move in and need the laundry room renovation done on the week of 13th Oct to 17th October. The 2 toilets are upstairs and I want to make the laundry room a nice toilet so I don't always have to go upstairs. Fortunately, there is already a toilet in the laundry room and a laundry sink but there is no vanity and mirror and the walls are just painted, plus I don't like the colour of the floor tiles. I want to have the walls tiled (shiny white modern tiles) and update the laundry sink without changing the plumbing , and if possible replace the floor tiles but if ripping the floor tiles would blow-up the budget, Im happy to leave it as it is. The size of the laundry room is 210cm by 160cm. I forgot to measure the height though but lets say for now it's about 200cm. I have a very tight budget (around d$3K to $4k only) as most of my extra money will be used buying new furniture. Can you give a couple of quotation as to how much it would cost? Is there anything you can do to improve my laundry room for only $3K to $4K?
