Didn't turn up first booking, changed to following week however we had Covid so had to rebook the following week. Booked 51/2 hours, cleaner spent 4 hours in bedroom and ensuite. Windows replaced wrong way and couldn't close. I think something got lost in translation between ourselves, booking and cleaner.Manon D
