  NOT TRUSTED Be aware of this person I had a deal with him to paint my unit for $2600. Came first day with a wrong paint and had to go back and change it to the right colour. I paid him $1000 cash. He worked for 2 days and left my unit and through my keys on the floor saying he is not coming back because my job is too hard. Also he steal my paint. I called him to find out what is exactly going on and to return my money back. He agreed to give me back $550 which is he never did. I am so disappointed

  Jay is very neat, tidy and thorough in his work. I was very happy with how well the painting job was done. He even did me a favor by fixing a leaking tap in the laundry which was not part of the job list. I will be having him back to quote on other jobs in the future. Thanks also to his worker Arkan.
