How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Nick: I'm a former vehicle technician from England. I started going to the gym with colleagues and before I knew it, I was spending hours of my own time researching and learning how I could improve. I saw personal training as a more-than-ideal choice of career!

I've worked with people suffering from depression and anxiety and seen them overcome and defeat their dependence on medication. I've worked with someone to completely cure her osteoporosis through weight-bearing exercise. I've helped countless people become physically and emotionally stronger.

Nick: As cheesy an answer as it sounds, I love meeting so many new people of all different walks of life. Not only do you get to know them, but you also learn from them. I watch the client achieve not only the results which they may have expected, but also the ones which they didn't expect.

Do I need a basic level of fitness/ understanding? There is absolutely no minimum level of ability, experience or understanding required whatsoever. Do you write diet plans? We do not provide 'diet plans' for our clients as we instead believe in educating and instilling long-lasting eating habits.

1. Stop spending money on products (foods, drinks) which claim to make you healthier. 2. Spend some time researching reliable information sources to find out what you may need. 3. Stop spending money on supposed quick-fix products, fat-loss pills, detoxes etc.

Sessions can be purchased individually, though most people prefer to work in packages of sessions. Payments are made monthly, with prices varying depending on the frequency at which we train and how far in advance the booking is made.

We specialise in working with ordinary people of all ages and abilities, enabling them to become mentally and physically stronger. We place a large emphasis on strength training, postural and movement correction and injury rehabilitation, for seasoned gym-goers or those who are new to exercise.
