  The team at LiveBreathe Health & Fitness are fantastic. They are committed to seeing you achieve your health and fitness goals. I've been training with them for around 5 years and have maintained ~10kg weight loss, increased my health and nutrition, gained strength and fitness. This year I ran my first City to Surf with support from their running group and cross-training. I enjoy the variety in their semi-private training sessions and the group classes are always a blast. The mix of indoor group sessions and outdoor sessions in neighbourhood parks means you always are motivated to train in the environment around you. Moreover, their MyZone fitness tools is a great motivation tool to track my heart rate in the gym in real time and over the month I also see my activity achievements build up.

  The team at LiveBreathe Health & Fitness are incredibly knowledgable and put together tailored programs to suit the needs and ability levels of all. As a mum, it was great to find a gym that I could workout in whilst my daughter is cared for by nannies in the creche. I love the variety that the semi-private training and classes, both indoor and outdoor, provide and the ability to track my workouts and progress using the Myzone fitness tools.
