i just love seeing things complete   walking into a house with just timber frames or a building site with all metal framing its just a construction site  and once me and my team go in and finish our job   its called a home and its warm and safe for your family and its your house

there was once a job where the husband thought he can do the refurb of there house himself and with help of friends and relos this job went on for 3 years the wife was ready to leave him over this and one of my clinets recommened us to them and the wife gave us a call and within a week the house was finished and left ready for paint wife happy husaband safe and everyone was happy

Before you can give a quote to a customer. you want to know things like how big or small is the job, what is the size of whatever they require done, are they providing materials and little things like that to give them a more accurate quote.

1. Tip 1 - measure the area for walls and ceilings width x height = m2 2. Tip 2 - measure the perimeter for cornice length x length x length x length = lm and go to web sites or stores to find out what type of cornice you want to have installed in your house

i like to quote on all jobs that way i can let the clients know what there paying for  and some times for the smaller jobs or working for a builder i do day labour hire at $350 daily charge

i have done home renos to brand new houses single storey or double storey and even some a triple storey house i just love walking in to a building site and walking out of there and its either a home or a office
