As i do commercial and industrial work i have  $20,000,000 cover. Also we are required by Victorian law to provide a Certificate of Electrical safety which is given to our customers every time.

Is there a fee to provide a quote ( no )  Do you give a Certificate of electrical compliance ( yes )  Do you clean up my rubbish at the end of the day ( yes )

I have always believed to gain trust and respect you have to show trust and respect. Doing a good job and the right thing by the Customer usually mean more work down the track or a recommendation by them.

I have worked in the Electrical industry for over 22 years and now being in my own business for over 15 years. One thing running my own business has taught me. It is  to be far and honest with people. It's not to much to ask.

1. What would you like to have installed or repaired.  2. Can i come out to have a look at the job if need be.  3. Can i gain access in the roof cavity if required.  5. Can i gain access under your floor or are you on a concrete slab.

We are always Happy for the customer to chooses any products to be installed also please feel free to ask for advice. As some products unfortunately these day just don't last very long.

You can't beat experience, there is usually a few way to go about most jobs, but being safe and efficient keeps the price down for the customer.

I can Always give i pretty accurate guide to what a job will cost with Parts and Labour.  Alternatively anytime a fixed price is required that can be arranged.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

As an Apprentice I was pretty lucky getting to work on all types of jobs, One week installing lights and power points in a domestic house and the next in a large factory or office. This set me up well and now as a tradesman and business owner it making it a lot easier to take on an work successfully.
