  unprofessional front desk and sloppy cleaners. booked for a vacate cleaning. front desk "forgot" a discussion we had over the phone regarding payment arrangements. ghosted when the rental agent asked for the cleaners to return because the cleaning was unsatisfactory. I had to call the cleaners myself (thank god I had collected their contacts) to get them to revisit TWICE to finish the job. the slightly lower quoted price was not worth the hassle in the end.

  After confirming the job via email and text, nobody showed up at the agreed upon time. After a few phone calls, to 2 different numbers, there was no help forthcoming, nor did we believe that they exist. It was all very sketchy. After giving them the address of the task we were told it wasn't in their area. 🙄 The person we spoke to didn't seem to know who Spark and Scrub were. We then had to find another end of lease cleaner to do the job. The whole experience was stressful and unprofessional.
