Both Pauline and I were involved in elite sport and decided to share our experiences with others. It is great to give back.

Yes, we have several customers that we could bring to mind. All of our clients are individuals and have achieved their goals. We have some that have lost over 50% of their body weight, they have changed their life choices and maintain their sanity along the way.

Pay for a cluster of lessons and save 10%. This will help with the booking of sessions and you will know in advance on the times and dates so you can plan your week ahead of time.

PT one on one $35.00 per half hour $70.00 per hour Bootcamp $10.00 per visit or $50.00 for one week unlimited classes anywhere we are training. (Jetts Cardiff / Croudace Bay / Home Studio)

Any aspect of personal training from individuals, corporate and group fitness. We run small group training from Jetts Cardiff and regular Bootcamp sessions at Croudace Bay. We travel to you if the situation arises and we supply any equipment required to get the job done.
