  Pipes under new concrete, for water to run of from the roof to the street, were not laid as the distance required and as was promised at the time job was discussed before quote . When questioned about this and the concern expressed about water not having the possibility to get to the street under the concrete I was told that there would be no problem . The water from the roof will now run onto the concrete at the back of the house , about 15 meters from the street gutter. before the old concrete was removed there was a down pipe from the roof that joined a pipe under the old concrete and flowed to the street along a gutter the length of our house.

  On a note to this reply in regards to this, that firstly I have explained that I am going to put two drains either end of the project that needed to be done,there was nothing mentioned on this end down pipe as you should refer to previous email stating that what I explained to you, as previous pipe could not see as was buried under old concrete and was blocked from the many years, as you did not see, and also it does not matter if water runs on to concrete it is not going to wash off, as it is now hard enough not to damage. It now looks better than what is looked liked before, and another note I have saved you a big amount of money than what you got quoted and you do not mention this, and still not satisfied. People these days aren't happy with any thing anymore and just complain for no reason, this is my honest truth about when working with other people. This is my comments and feed back, as I could go on and on about this, but I leave it at that.
