  Phil was not cleaning for the 3.5 hours he would clean an area then go out for a smoke he had over 10 smoke breaks he also didn’t complete the cleaning list he didn’t clean the fridge, he also left to go home for 15 min

  In your job positing, you stated you wanted a general clean. General clean usually includes: kitchen, floor clean, benches, bathrooms, lounges, mirror cleans, vacuum and mopping and sweeping the floors But you didn't asked for oven, fridge and mould clean which I had to do and wasn't originally posted on your job form, this then took more time to do the job and the classification of the posting was not right. It was more of a bio clean then a general clean It took more time to clean as I had to go back to the office to collect cleaning products to clean the oven that was not quoted and not charged for. And as per general QLD Fair Worker policy, every 2 hours there is a mandatory 10mins break and every4 hours there is a mandatory 30mins break and I was there for total of 6 hours
