Qualified with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, Majoring in Applied Sport Science and Exercise Physiology. With an optimistic outlook, I can provide motivation and support for my clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Informed by up to date research, I offer bespoke training as I understands each client has varying goals, skills, training preferences and requirements. After all, exercise is medicine! I am passionate about having a well-rounded approach to health and fitness. I am is aware that exercise is an essential part of a holistic approach to health. Most importantly, I aim to empower my clients to make an informed decision about their own health and fitness in order to become the leader of their own journey. I have a particular interest in female training, including pre and post natal exercise, and am NDIS certified.
