  Dennis at Mai designs was always friendly, available, open to suggestions. His billing system is reasonable and logical and easy to understand. It is easy, entering the world of builders and architects, to get oneself treated like a fool, but Mai designs always gave me respect and consideration . As for another post, about knowing what a council wants, well, I say, who in this World can understand what a council is going to want? Mai designs did well with that side of things for me, and was quick to help out with whatever idea was currently on council's mind. So, I give them full marks for architecture, design, affability, costs, diplomacy with council, and troubleshooting of council's demand

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I've always enjoyed drawing and when i finished high school, I went straight to uni and study Architecture. Then started my working career from 2nd year of uni working for private and public practices.
