My recent interaction with your company left me with a negative impression, and I feel it is essential to share my experience for the benefit of others. Firstly, I must address the issue of the funds charged for a job that was not completed. Despite my genuine efforts to work collaboratively and find an amicable solution, I was charged for a service that your company ultimately failed to deliver. This not only reflects a lack of integrity but also raises serious questions about the ethical practices of Interstate Movers Group. Moreover, the customer service experience I encountered was disappointing, to say the least. The staff at Interstate Movers Group demonstrated a level of rudeness that is entirely unacceptable in any service-oriented industry. Instead of providing assistance and addressing my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a complete disregard for basic courtesy. A service-oriented business should prioritize customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, my experience with Interstate Movers Group fell far short of this expectation. The overall lack of professionalism and unwillingness to rectify the situation has left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Interstate Movers Group for their moving and storage needs. The combination of charging for incomplete services and a disrespectful attitude towards customers raises serious concerns about the company's commitment to ethical business practices.
