Yes we are insured and if there are any problems we will certainly try to rectify them ASAP. If we are at fault for any specific food related issue we will certainly either offer a credit or extra service to cover the problem.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
The best questions are to determine exactly what services are required. Always ask caterers what styles of food they supply ( e.g. Buffet, cocktail, BBQ, Boardroom, Picnic).
