  I cannot speak highly enough about Genevieve and the fabulous services she and James provide at enerGy+. From my first session, Gen took the time to listen to my particular concerns and she then developed a tailored program to suit my specific needs. When I first started my program I had a shoulder injury which had left me with limited movement, in considerable pain and facing the prospect of surgery . With Gen's constant support and encouragement combined with a focused training program, within a very short period time I now very happy to say I have full movement in my shoulder, no pain and no surgery - which is unbelievable! Plus I now so much fitter than I have been for years and am now setting new goals. If you are looking for a professional and caring personal trainer who is committed to helping you achieve your personal goals then I highly recommend Gen.

  Gen and James are both fantastic trainers whose main focus is helping their clients achieve their goals! I attend both bootcamp and boxing sessions through EnerG+ and whilst it is really hard work, i can really see the results!

  Our trainers are registered with Fitness Australia (the peak health & fitness industry association) and are insured with Marsh insurance

  Since starting enerG+ I have felt completely accepted and included in everything they do. I have had so many experiences where I have been made to feel inadequate by a trainer who was really only interested in the thin, fit, pretty girls at the gym that I started to feel that this was the status quo. Until I met enerG+. Not only do they NEVER make me feel bad about myself or my abilities, but they actually managed to make me feel really, really good about what I can achieve.
